【Required Time】
It usually takes about 45 to 70 minutes from reception to departure. *The time will depend on the time of selecting the kimono and the number of people attending.
【Available Time】
The return time will be set from 16:00 to 17:30 depending on the departure time.
【Business Hours】
9:30 to 18:00
Last reception time: 14:00 / Last return time: 17:30
＊There maybe instances when we maybe able to accommodate you even if you arrive after 14:00, so please contact us directly.
【Extension Fee】
Additional 500 yen per person every 15 minutes.
【Golden Week, Obon holiday ,New Year Holidays】
During these periods, weekend/holiday rates apply.
【Cancellation Policy】
Please cancel by the day before via the web. We also accept cancellations on the day due to unavoidable circumstances such as weather or health. Please contact us by phone, email, or DM on Instagram. A cancellation fee will be charged for no-shows.
【Regarding Damage and Stains on Kimono and Yukata】
If your kimono gets stained, we generally do not charge for cleaning. However, if the damage is irreparable or if the stains and damage are intentional and excessive, you may be required to purchase the kimono.

We offer a lot of lace kimonos in various colors, from white lace to chic black lace, also the light colors. You can choose the kimono which is in your favorite idol’s color!
②Add your favorite options to create a stylish kimono coordination♡
NANAKO provides various cute optional items perfect for lace kimonos, such as "heko obi" and "pearl bags." Create your own original lace kimono outfit by adding accessories.
Q&A for the Lace coordination Plan
Q. What types of kimono and obi can I choose from?
A. This is a plan exclusively for lace kimonos. Please feel free to choose an obi with a pattern and color that matches the lace kimono you have chosen.
Q. Please tell me the size of the kimono.
A. The size is basically one size fits all (approximately 145-170cm). For those over 180cm, the kimono may need to be shortened, so we recommend bringing your own boots.
Q. Do you have larger or smaller sizes?
A. The lace kimono is available in one size only.
Q. Do you have lace yukatas?
A. Lace is available in kimonos, but we also have thin lace available.
Q. Is it possible to borrow an iron or curling iron when styling my hair?
A. We can lend it to you if you can make some adjustments yourself.
Q. Does the lace coordination plan include makeup?
A. Make-up services are not provided.
Q. Is it possible to rent small size footwear (zori)?
A. We will prepare shoes in sizes of 23.5 to 25.0 cm. If you would like a smaller size, we recommend walking around town in your own shoes.

If you wish to return the item after 5:30 pm, please let us know when you make your reservation or when you visit the store.
