【Required Time】
It usually takes about 45 to 70 minutes from reception to departure. *The time will depend on the time of selecting the kimono and the number of people attending.
【Available Time】
The return time will be set from 16:00 to 17:30 depending on the departure time.

9:30 to 18:00

＊There maybe instances when we maybe able to accommodate you even if you arrive after 14:00, so please contact us directly.
【Extension Fee】
Additional 500 yen per person every 15 minutes.

【Cancellation Policy】
Please cancel by the day before via the web. We also accept cancellations on the day due to unavoidable circumstances such as weather or health. Please contact us by phone, email, or DM on Instagram. A cancellation fee will be charged for no-shows.
【Regarding Damage and Stains on Kimono and Yukata】
If your kimono gets stained, we generally do not charge for cleaning. However, if the damage is irreparable or if the stains and damage are intentional and excessive, you may be required to purchase the kimono.

We have many kimonos that will give you a retro feel, from girly white antiques to chic vintage-style antique kimonos. Retro kimonos also look cute with boots or loafers. It's a lot of fun choosing a kimono to match your footwear!
③Pair it with your favorite hakama for a stylish kimono outfit ♡
NANAKO also offers "hakama" that are perfect for retro kimonos. Adding hakama to a chic retro kimono creates a stylish and elegant atmosphere. Recommended for those who want to create a sophisticated and mature look!

Q&A for Standard Plan
Q. What types of kimonos, yukatas, and obi can I choose from?
A. You can choose from many patterns, including original kimonos, trendy, retro, antique, etc. There are many types of obi (belts) to choose from, including colors and patterns.
Q. What is the difference between the Basic Plan and the Standard Plan?
A. The standard plan allows you to choose from all kimonos except lace kimonos. The basic plan has a lower price because there are fewer options to choose from.
Q. Please tell me the size of the kimono.
A. The size is basically one size fits all (approximately 145-170cm). For those over 180cm, the kimono may need to be shortened, so we recommend bringing your own boots.
Q. Do you have a larger size?
A. We only have the standard plan, and although the numbers are limited, we do have sizes up to 3L and 4L available.
Q. Do you have kimonos in small sizes?
A. We only have the standard plan, and although we don't have many, we do have kimonos available for people in the 140-145cm range.
Q. Is it possible to borrow an iron or curling iron when styling my hair?
A. We can lend it to you if you can make some adjustments yourself.
Q. Is makeup included in the standard plan?
A. Make-up services are not provided.
Q.Is it possible to rent small size footwear (zori)?
A. We will prepare shoes in sizes of 23.5 to 25.0 cm. If you would like a smaller size, we recommend walking around town in your own shoes.
