【Required Time】
It usually takes about 45 to 70 minutes from reception to departure. *The time will depend on the time of selecting the kimono and the number of people attending.
【Available Time】
The return time will be set from 16:00 to 17:30 depending on the departure time.
【Business Hours】
9:30 to 18:00
Last reception time: 14:00 / Last return time: 17:30
＊There maybe instances when we maybe able to accommodate you even if you arrive after 14:00, so please contact us directly.
【Extension Fee】
Additional 500 yen per person every 15 minutes.

During these periods, weekend/holiday rates apply.
【Cancellation Policy】
Please cancel by the day before via the web. We also accept cancellations on the day due to unavoidable circumstances such as weather or health. Please contact us by phone, email, or DM on Instagram. A cancellation fee will be charged for no-shows.
【Regarding Damage and Stains on Kimono and Yukata】
If your kimono gets stained, we generally do not charge for cleaning. However, if the damage is irreparable or if the stains and damage are intentional and excessive, you may be required to purchase the kimono.

Features of Asakusa Kimono Basic Plan
Students can rent for ¥500 off by presenting their student ID! High school students and international students are also eligible for discounts. This plan is recommended for those who want to easily enjoy wearing kimonos.

If you don't need hair styling, you can get even cheaper rates by combining them with student discounts. Those with short hair or those who can style their hair themselves are encouraged to use this plan ♡
Q&A for Kimono Basic Plan
Q. What types of kimono and obi can I choose from?
A. You can choose from bright and large patterns, gorgeous patterns, classic patterns, and other simple patterns. The obi is a simple, one-color obi that goes well with any kimono.
Q. What is the difference between the Basic Plan and the Standard Plan?
A. The standard plan allows you to choose from all kimonos except lace kimonos. The basic plan has a lower price because there are fewer options to choose from.
Q. Can high school students also use it?
A. Yes, of course you can. We offer a student discount, so please don't forget to show your student ID.
Q. If I want to rent a kimono at a student discount, do I need to bring my student ID?
A. If you wish to apply for a student discount, please present your student ID or school portal site, etc. For high school students and younger, any ID showing your age is acceptable.
Q. Is it possible to borrow an iron or curling iron when styling my hair?
A. It is available for loan as long as the adjustments are done by yourself.
Q. Does the basic plan include makeup?
A. Make-up services are not provided.
Q. Is it possible to rent small size footwear (zori)?
A. We will prepare shoes in sizes of 23.5 to 25.0 cm. If you would like a smaller size, we recommend walking around town in your own shoes.
