STEP.1　Reservation

We accept online reservations 24 hours a day. Same-day reservations is also available, please check the availability on the reservation page below.

STEP.2　Arrival and Check-In

Please arrive at or up to 10 minutes before your reserved time. After you arrive, we will ask for your name at check-in and guide you in order. The time required from check-in to departure for kimono rental will take approximately 50 to 70 minutes.

STEP.3　Choosing Kimono/Yukata

Choose a kimono or yukata that you like, and select your rental plan and optional accessories. Our staff will provide coordination suggestion for each customer. If you have any trouble, please feel free to ask our staff for help. (You can leave all unnecessary items before leaving. We offer luggage storage for all your luggage .)

STEP.4　Kimono/Yukata Dressing

Our professional dressing staff will carefully dress you in your chosen kimono or yukata. You do not need to prepare anything. Depending on the crowd, the hair setting might be done before or after the dressing.

STEP.5　HairStyling

After dressing, a hairstylist will provide you with a hairstyling that matches the kimono.You can choose from 8 different hairstyles on the day. Hair accessories are also available for free, and you can also use your own hair accessories.

STEP.6　Payment and Departure

Once you are ready, please proceed to the reception for payment. The return time will be between 16:00 and 17:30 depending on your departure time.

In addition to cash, we accept credit cards (VISA/Mastercard/JCB/AMEX) and PayPay, d-payment, Rakuten Pay, auPay, transportation IC cards, etc.

STEP.7　Sightseeing

Enjoy visiting various sightseeing spots in Asakusa! However, please don’t forget the the return time.

STEP.8　Return Your Kimono or Yukata

Upon your return, you will immediately change out of the kimono. This will take about 15 minutes. Finally, please make sure you take all your belongings with you before leaving.
