【Required Time】
It usually takes about 45 to 70 minutes from reception to departure. *The time will depend on the time of selecting the kimono and the number of people attending.
【Available Time】
The return time will be set from 16:00 to 17:30 depending on the departure time.
【Business Hours】
9:30 to 18:00
Last reception time: 14:00 / Last return time: 17:30
＊There maybe instances when we maybe able to accommodate you even if you arrive after 14:00, so please contact us directly.
【Extension Fee】
Additional 500 yen per person every 15 minutes.

During these periods, weekend/holiday rates apply.
【Cancellation Policy】
Please cancel by the day before via the web. We also accept cancellations on the day due to unavoidable circumstances such as weather or health. Please contact us by phone, email, or DM on Instagram. A cancellation fee will be charged for no-shows.
【Regarding Damage and Stains on Kimono and Yukata】
If your kimono gets stained, we generally do not charge for cleaning. However, if the damage is irreparable or if the stains and damage are intentional and excessive, you may be required to purchase the kimono.

Students can rent for ¥500 off by presenting their student ID! High school students and international students are also eligible for discounts. This plan is recommended for those who want to easily enjoy wearing kimonos.
②The lowest price of ¥2,500 with the combination of hair styling and student discounts!
If you don't need hair styling, you can get even cheaper rates by combining them with student discounts. Those with short hair or those who can style their hair themselves are encouraged to use this plan ♡
Q&A for Yukata Basic Plan
Q. What kind of kimonos and obis can I choose from?
A. You can choose from simple patterns such as bright, large, colorful, or classical patterns. As for obis, they are all single-colored and simple, suitable for any kimono.
Q. Is it possible to rent kimonos for high school students?
A. Yes, of course. There is a student discount, so please don't forget to bring your student ID.
Q. Is it necessary to present a student ID to rent kimonos with a student discount?
A. If you wish to apply for a student discount, please present your student ID or access your school's portal site. For students below high school level, any identification with age verification is acceptable.
Q. Is it possible to borrow an iron or curling iron during hair styling?
A. Yes, it is possible. You can do your own hair styling, including bangs.
Q. Does the Basic Plan include makeup?
A. Makeup services are not provided.
